Data collected through forms

Contact and enquiry forms may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, message, selected artwork or request details, language preference, page URL and submission time. Studio notes signup collects your name, email address, language preference, source page and consent metadata.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry and studio visit details are used to respond to your request. Studio notes details are used only to send occasional updates about new works, interiors, studio moments and previews. Studio notes are sent only when you give affirmative consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Email provider and processors

Email delivery and Studio notes subscriptions are processed through Resend as an email service provider. Personal data is not sold and is not used for third-party marketing.

Retention

Enquiry and request emails are kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and keep reasonable business records. Studio notes subscription data is kept while you remain subscribed or until you ask for deletion.

Unsubscribe and withdrawal

Every Studio notes email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also withdraw consent or ask for your subscription data to be removed by contacting studio@dowkok.com.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
