You only see what you want to believe

Abstract

You only see what you want to believe

Year: 2024
Medium: Mixed media on canvas
Dimensions: Framed 200 x 200 cm
Location: Oliva, Valencia, Spain

Fragments of figures, gestures and imagined forms emerge briefly before dissolving back into the surface. Refusing a fixed narrative, the painting explores perception itself, inviting viewers to question how meaning is constructed and how easily expectation shapes what we see. The work remains deliberately open, shifting with each encounter.
