“20062026, What a Day!” Images emerge through a process of construction, disruption and recovery. Layers of colour, gesture and dripping paint partially conceal a fragmented presence that shifts between figure, memory and shadow. Rather than presenting a fixed image, the work invites prolonged looking, allowing forms to appear and disappear across the surface. Concentrated and psychologically charged, the painting explores what remains visible after emotion, time and transformation have left their mark.
